Jennifer Lunden, LCSW, LADC, CCS, is the Executive Director of the Center for Creative Healing. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of New England in 2002. She earned her Bachelor’s in English at the University of Southern Maine. Known as Lunden to clients, colleagues and friends, she works from the principle that people have the remarkable ability to heal their own lives. She believes, too, that sometimes laughter really is the best medicine. Lunden is an affiliate of True North, a nonprofit organization changing healthcare and inspiring individuals to live healthier lives through integrative care, education, and research. She is also a writer, and specializes in helping people break through creative blocks. Lunden lives in Portland with three cats, six chickens, a Great Dane, and her beloved.

Lucie Scholz, LMSW-CC, combines her BS and MA in Social Work with her certifications in Kripalu Yoga and Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy to offer an integrated approach that includes both mind and body within the therapeutic process. Practicing from her belief that the mind does not function independently of the the body provides a foundation for deep and efficacious shifts. Within the safety of the therapeutic relationship, Lucie’s clients can explore the possibility of constructing “a new normal.” Lucie is passionate about helping her clients navigate their pasts in order to discover their inner resources, move towards change, and reclaim their well-being.

Barbara Harvey, PhD, LCPC, CADC, earned her Master’s and Doctoral degrees in counseling from the University of Maine. She enjoys integrating this academic background with a Professional Certificate in Expressive Arts Therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies, a Master’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Oregon, and the understanding gained from many years as a licensed body worker. The result is a gentle, respectful inter-disciplinary approach to helping people navigate life challenges, heal old wounds, deepen self acceptance, and enhance ability to connect with others. Together we recognize and build on your innate strengths, finding meaningful ways to flourish in your life journey.
